About Us

Oregon Business Development is dedicated to helping small business owners get the financing they need to start or expand their business. Our SBA Certified Development Company (CDC) has a 14-member Board of Directors, comprised of volunteers who care about the economic development role played by small business owners in today’s economy. Our Board includes representatives from banks, small businesses, and community groups. Working with the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC), our CDC also provides economic development loan programs in addition to the SBA 504 program. COIC also provides employment programs, economic development services, alternative education, public transportation, and other community services throughout the area.
